Mr. Michael A. Pausic is a Portfolio Manager & Analyst at Foxhaven Asset Management LP.
He has a long and diverse history in media and telecommunications.
He began his career as a media and communications banker.
He then moved to industry positions and for most of the decade of the 1990s, he served as a vice president in business development and strategic planning roles at 20th Century Fox and then at Viacom.
He subsequently joined Maverick Capital, a private, fundamental long/short equity fund where he was the head of the media and telecommunications team until he left the firm in 2013 to found Foxhaven.
He has continued to be involved directly in industry serving as a board member, most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of LIN Media.
Mr. Pausic received a BS in Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
