Boni III is Vice President and Treasurer of DPL, Inc. and The Dayton Power and Light Company and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining DPL, he was a Financial Consultant and Treasurer of Roadway Corp.
Mr. Boni worked for American Greetings Corporation and KPMG LLP.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and received an MBA and a Master's degree in Accountancy from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
