Mr. Dilettuso is currently Chairman of Premier Retail Interiors, a Wingate IV portfolio company.
Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Varsity Brands, a Wingate II portfolio company, and President and CEO of Varsity’s predecessor, National Spirit Group.
Under his leadership, NSG increased EBITDA by $6 million and added over $40 million of shareholder value.
Prior to his Wingate roles, he has served as President of Pepsi-Cola Bottling in Puerto Rico, Burlington Export Company, Martin Brothers and his own start-up venture, The Norfield Group.
Mr. Dilettuso is a member of the faculty at the Business Leadership Center at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he teaches a seminar entitled "The Five Roles of the Chief Executive Officer." He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a MA from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
