Stephen E. Lawton

Stephan E.
Lawton has been Senior Vice President and Senior General Counsel of Nabi Biopharmaceuticals since April 2007.
Previously, he was Vice President-Government Affairs of Nabi Biopharmaceuticals from April 2005 and Vice President and General Counsel of the Biotechnology Industry Association from 2001 to 2005.
Mr. Lawton was a Partner Hogan & Hartson from 1989 to 2001 and Reed Smith Shaw & McClay from 1979 to 1989 and Chief Counsel of the Health and Environment Subcommittee of the U.S.
House of Representatives from 1971 to 1979.
He is a Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Lawton is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the George Washington University National Law Center and an Honorary Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
