Mr. Noah Funderburk, CFA, is a Senior Vice President, Director of Securitized & Short Duration Income & Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, Inc. He leads the Securitized and Short Duration Income team, which manages dedicated securitized and short duration income strategies along with the mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities held within multi-sector portfolios.
As a Portfolio Manager, he specializes in multi-sector short-duration and ultra-short duration fixed income strategies as well as strategies focused on securitized assets.
Prior to joining Pioneer Investments, which was formerly known as Amundi US, and was acquired by Victory Capital in 2025, Mr. Funderburk helped develop the firm’s quantitative models for valuing the options embedded in fixed income securities.
He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he majored in finance and minored in mathematics and economics.
He is a CFA charterholder.
