Michael J.
Hall served as Chairman for Matrix Service Co. from 2006 to 2017, Chairman for Cavanal Hill Funds in 2008, Chairman for IES Holdings, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, and Independent Director for Alliance Resource Partners LP from 2003 to 2015.
He also served as Director for Alliance Holdings GP LP and Alliance GP LLC from 2006 to 2011 and 2006 to 2015, respectively.
Additionally, he was an Independent Director for Alliance Resource Management Group LLC from 2014 to 2015.
Before that, he was the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President for Pexco Holdings, Inc. from 1994 to 1997, and for Bushnell Outdoor Products Corp.
He was also the SVP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for T.D.
Williamson, Inc. from 1984 to 1994.
Mr. Hall received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
