Foster Forward is an organization dedicated to empowering youth and families impacted by foster care, with a mission to support children, youth, families, and the child welfare system to grow, connect, and improve. The private company is based in East Providence. It originated as the Rhode Island Foster Parents Association and has evolved into a professional team focused on advocacy, research, social work, and leadership to promote permanency and ensure safe, healthy, and nurturing homes for foster-impacted youth.
