Marc Hänni

Mr. Marc Hänni is a Head of Swiss Equities & Senior Portfolio Manager at Vontobel Asset Management AG.
He joined the firm in 1993.
Mr. Hänni completing vocational college and a three-year banking apprenticeship with Bank J.
Vontobel & Co. Ltd., he was assigned to an assistantship within Bank J.
Vontobel’s Private Banking unit from 1993 to 1995.
Following a posting abroad, he joined Vontobel Asset Management Ltd., where he spent the first two years in the Asset Management Support group.
On 1 June 1998, he transferred to the Equities Switzerland team.
Then, in October 2000, he was appointed Portfolio Manager responsible for various Equities Switzerland sub-funds, which he still holds.
He completed a four-year degree course in Business Management (University of Applied Sciences (FH) / Graduate School of Business (HWV)) parallel to performing his duties at Vontobel.
