Ms. Larissa V.
Belova is an Assistant Vice President at The Praedium Group LLC.
She joined The Praedium Group in 2011 and is responsible for investor and external communications, marketing, and public relations.
Prior to joining Praedium, Ms. Belova served as a Vice President with New York City Economic Development Corporation where she managed a portfolio of commercial properties.
Before her tenure with NYCEDC, she was a Vice President with Lexington Realty Trust, where she executed acquisitions, sales and financing transactions, and helped expand the company’s joint venture programs.
Ms. Belova earned a M.Sc.
in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.
