Ka Fai Leung

Ka Fai Leung is currently the Director at the Hong Kong Association for The Development of Western China and the Vice President-Sha Tin East District at the Scout Association of Hong Kong New Territories East Region.
He previously served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Biotech Services Holdings Ltd., Ding Yi Feng Holdings Group International Ltd., and Wan Kei Group Holdings Ltd.
He also held the position of Director-China Business at Beta Field Capital Ltd.
and served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Progressive Path Group Holdings Ltd.
Additionally, Mr. Leung was a Council Member at the Sha Tin District Council.
He obtained his graduate degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and China University of Political Science & Law.
