Floum is currently the Chairman of Earth Island Institute, Inc. and a Member of The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
He was previously the Chairman of Credorax (USA), Inc. and a Director at Visa International Service Association.
From 2010 to 2013, he served as the General Counsel at Visa, Inc. He was also a Partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP from 2001 to 2004 and a Senior Partner at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP from 1985 to 1996.
Additionally, he served as the Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at Visa U.S.A., Inc. from 2004 to 2007.
Floum holds a graduate degree from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
