Mr. James F.
Allan, CFA MBA, is a Chairman & Co-Founder at Roundtable Capital Partners, Inc. He is responsible for the overall investment and trading decisions that affect mandates under Roundtable's direction and serves as the Lead Portfolio Manager.
Before founding Roundtable, he was the Vice President of Portfolio Management at a boutique, Toronto-based asset management firm from 1999 to 2005 where he managed large and small capitalization portfolios.
During his tenure at the firm, the funds on which Mr. Allan was listed as a Portfolio Manager were consistently top-quartile performers within their respective peer groups.
From 1992 to 1998, he was a Financial Consultant, first with CIBC Wood Gundy and then with TD Evergreen in Toronto.
Mr. Allan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Rollins College (Florida).
He is Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.
