They must also have a strong and defensible regional or national market share with significant barriers to entry and have a diverse and stable customer based with no one customer accounting for more than 20% of sales. Theo Capital does not look for companies in the following areas: commodity products, early stage venture deals, biotechnology, restaurants, real estate or retail.
