Daniel Hood

Daniel M.
Hood is the founder of HICAPS, Inc. established in 1984 where he holds the title of President.
He is also the founder of Construction Professionals Network.
Currently, he holds director positions at JDRF International, War Memorial Foundation, Crescent Rotary Club Foundation, Inc., and is a member of Associated General Contractors, Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, The Citadel Foundation, The Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, and Service Disabled Veterans Business Association, Inc. In the past, he served as Chairman of Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc., was a member of the Governors Board at Operation Smile, Inc., and worked as a Principal at U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers from 1971 to 1976.
He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1971 and his graduate degree from Clemson University in 1978.
