Bill Burns

Mr. William B. Burns, Jr., is a President & Chief Investment Officer at Burns Matteson Capital Management.
He launched the firm in December 2000.
Mr. Burns first came to Corning in 1994 as part of the team responsible for the effective development and launch of the Investment Services subsidiary of the Corning Credit Union.
As the Senior Investment Advisor at the Credit Union, he was responsible for the financial planning and portfolio management needs of Corning Incorporated employees and retirees throughout the United States.
In 1998, Mr. Burns departed Corning to accept the position of Vice President and Regional Manager for the United States brokerage subsidiary of London-based HSBC Holdings PLC.
He is a Cum Laude graduate of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.
