Ye Zhou is the founder of Huifu Payment Ltd., which was founded in 2017.
He is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of China Payment & Remittance Service Co., Ltd., Pnr Network Technology Shanghai Co. Ltd., China Pnr Co. Ltd., Association of Shanghai Internet Financial Industry, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, Shanghai Payment & Remittance Data Service Co. Ltd., Pnr Cayman Ltd., and Paytech Holding Ltd. Dr. Zhou's former positions include being the General Manager & Executive Director of Shanghai ChinaPay Electronic Payment Service Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2006, and the Manager-Sales Department & Senior Vice President of Shanghai Chinasoft Huateng Software Systems Co., Ltd. from 1993 to 2000.
Dr. Zhou has a doctorate degree from Arizona State University, an MBA from China Europe International Business School, an undergraduate degree from Fudan University, and a graduate degree from the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology.
