Wellington Chang

Mr. Chang, received his M.D.
and M.B.A. degrees in healthcare management from Tufts Medical School, and his B.A. in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
He has also worked in business development and planning in the biotechnology and medical devices sectors, where he assessed research and development collaboration deals, identified market opportunities, and planned product launches.
