Sidharta Utama

Sidharta Utama is currently serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk since 2013.
He is also a Secretary & Professor at the University of Indonesia since 1990.
Additionally, he holds positions as a Member-Management Board at The Indonesian Institute of Accountants, a Trustee at the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship, a Member-National Management Board at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indonesia, and a Member at the International Accounting Education Standards Board since 2015.
In 2023, he will assume the role of Independent Commissioner at PT Astra Graphia Tbk.
Previously, Dr. Utama served as an Independent Commissioner at PT Astra International Tbk from 2014 to 2018.
He also held positions as an Independent Commissioner at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and PT AXA Mandiri Financial Service.
Dr. Utama obtained a doctorate degree from Texas A&M University in 1996.
He also holds an MBA from Indiana University, which he received in 1990.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Indonesia in 1987.
