Griffith is Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
He is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practices as well as the Health Care Industry Team.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Griffith was a partner in the Chicago office of Ungaretti & Harris, LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial and consumer litigation matters, as well as securities litigation and enforcement.
Mr. Griffith received his bachelor's degree (B.B.A, 1993) in finance from the University of Iowa.
He received his J.D.
from Chicago – Kent College of Law in 1996.
