Richard Harrison

Richard leads the investment activity for the Enact Fund in the North West.
He has 20 years of experience across restructuring, corporate finance and debt advisory.
Richard trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG, working in the Restructuring department across a range of complex restructuring and turnaround situations.
He also spent 12 months on secondment with Barclays Bank, working in their business support team.
Since joining Endless in 2015, Richard has worked on a variety of transactions across food, manufacturing, retail and distribution including Hovis, American Golf, BBF and Edbro Hydraulics.
He moved to Enact in 2021 to support the growth of the fund and bring additional experience of delivering complex and accelerated transactions.
When not spending time with his family, Richard can usually be found ‘hacking’ around a golf course or trying to stay fit.
