Pravir Samarasinghe

Pravir Dhanoush Samarasinghe is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer & Director at Overseas Realty (Ceylon) Plc.
He is also the Co-Chairman at The Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka, a Non-Executive Director at Swadeshi Industrial Works Plc, an Independent Non-Executive Director at Keells Food Products Plc, and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Hotel Developers (Lanka) Plc.
Additionally, he is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and the National Labour Advisory Council.
Previously, Mr. Samarasinghe held positions such as Vice Chairman at the Industrial Association of Sri Lanka, Chairman at The Employers' Federation of Ceylon, and Chairman at the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors.
He was also the Chief Operating Officer & Director at Richard Pieris & Co. Plc from 2000 to 2011.
He served as an Executive Director at Kegalle Plantations PLC and as a Non-Executive Director at Maskeliya Plantations Plc and Namunukula Plantations PLC.
Mr. Samarasinghe was a Director at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and a Non-Executive Director at Richard Pieris Exports Plc.
He also served as a Director at the Sri Lanka Accounting & Auditing Standards Monitoring Board.
Mr. Samarasinghe holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
