Equitis is a private equity investment manager investing in seed capital, start-up and expansion financing as a minority shareholder, in France and Europe. The firm is also active in the secondary market, and acquires minority participations, entire portfolios or private equity firms with a view to realizing assets. Equitis specializes in situations such as turnaround, liquidations, and the purchase of assets which are dormant or heavily written-down in value. They reorganize portfolios to improve liquidity and value. Liquidations are handled through the firm's wholly-owned subsidiary Infinitis. Equitis identifies assets with potential and actively manages them to unlock value. They contribute strategic advisory, management expertise, restructuration guidance and capital. They assume operational management when needed.
