He leads more than 20 companies, with over 15,000 employees, involved in health insurance services, U.S.
DoD health program and Medicare contracts, Medicaid plans and a philanthropic foundation that funds programs to improve health care and access to health care for South Carolinians.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.
