Levy joined Nuvelo, Inc. in November 2004 as Senior Vice President of Research and Development and was an Executive Vice President of Research and Development in February 2007.
He was Vice President of Development and Chief Medical Officer of Tularik, Inc. from January 2001 to August 2004 and Vice President and the Site Head of Development-San Francisco for Amgen, Inc. from August 2004 to November 2004.
Dr. Levy was Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer for Glaxo SmithKline, Inc. He received a BA degree, an MA and an MD from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians.
