Castik Capital is an active manager which specializes in buyouts, investing through their fund in a limited number of businesses in continental Europe, with a core focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, France, Poland, Czech Republic and Northern Italy. The firm aims to hold investments for up to 10 years, seeking to invest from EUR 100 to EUR 300 million of equity into investee companies, invests in companies with enterprise value ranges from EUR 200 to EUR 800 million and together with investors up to EUR 1 billion enterprise value. Firm would offer co-investment opportunities to investors for larger deals.
