In addition to this role with CIC, Mr. O'Neal retired in 2000 as President and CEO of Frito-Lay International, completing a 34 year career at PepsiCo. During that time, he served in various roles within distribution, manufacturing and operations, including Senior Vice President, Operations, at Frito-Lay; President, European Group, at PepsiCo Foods International; and Chairman and CEO, PepsiCo Restaurants International.
He started his career at Continental Can Company.
He currently offices with CIC and serves as a Director of River Point Farms, a CIC portfolio company.
