Ms. Pickens is responsible for managing relationships with institutional clients in the Corporate, Foundation and Endowment markets.
Prior to joining Janus in September 2006, Ms. Pickens was a principal at State Street Global Advisors.
In this role Ms. Pickens managed relationships for institutional clients.
She began her career in cash management at Citizens Bank.
Ms. Pickens received her bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Oregon and her MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Babson College.
She has 14 years of financial industry experience.
