Mr. Jeffrey S.
Bingham, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director & Co-Head of Global Investment Research at Heitman Real Estate Securities LLC.
He is an equity owner of the firm.
He leads the Strategic Research and European Research teams and serves as a member of the Debt Investment Committee.
He previously held the position of Director of Investment Strategy and Co-Head of Global Research Operations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Bingham was Vice President of Research at Equity International, where he was responsible for global macroeconomic, financial, and real estate research with a primary focus on emerging markets.
He began his career as a buy-side REIT analyst at DWS.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, an MBA with concentrations in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
He has earned the CFA, CAIA, and FRM designations and is a member of the CFA Society New York, CAIA New York, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
