James P.

Additionally, he held positions such as Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at High Performance Technologies, Inc., Vice Chairman at the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Inc. from 2009 to 2011, and Vice President & Divisional General Manager at Advanced Technology, Inc. Furthermore, he was the Senior Vice President at Litton PRC, Inc. from 1992 to 1996.
Mr. Regan holds a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
