Jack A. Carthy

Jack A. Carthy is currently the Director-Industry Training Authority at the Province of British Columbia since 2006.
He is also an Independent Director at Sierra Geothermal Power Corp.
and a Member at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Additionally, he is the President of Sound Energy, Inc. since 2004.
In his former positions, Mr. Carthy served as a Director at Maxim Power Corp., the Industry Training Authority, Distrix Networks Ltd., and Allnorth Consultants Ltd. He was also the President of International Power Systems, Inc. from 2000 to 2000 and Power Systems International, Inc. in 2003.
He is a Member of the Clean Energy Association of British Columbia.
Mr. Carthy holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
