Grzegorz Krystek

Grzegorz Krystek is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at PGE Dystrybucja SA. He is also a Member-Supervisory Board at Elektrobudowa SA and the Vice President-Management Board at Hasbrouck Sp zoo.
Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman-Supervisory Board at PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna SA, Director-Strategy & Development at Elektrim SA, and Member-Supervisory Board at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA. He has also held positions on the supervisory boards of ZE PAK SA, Elektrim-Volt SA, Elektrim Megadex SA, and EM Yachts Sp zoo.
Mr. Krystek completed his undergraduate degree at Warsaw University of Technology and holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration.
