Prior to Chenavari, Gilles was Head of Real Estate at SCOR IP, which he joined in 2013 to create the real estate debt business.
Previously, he worked at Eurohypo Paris as Head of the Origination France department.
From 1995 to 2004, he held various positions at CDC and then at IXIS, including Investment Manager in the structured finance department, Head of Corporate Financing and Acquisitions, Head of Structuring and then Head of Real Estate Financing in the financing department.
Gilles began his career in 1991 in the CDC's risk analysis department.
He holds a Master's degree in Economics (Banking, Finance and Insurance) from Paris-Dauphine University and is a graduate of the French Society of Financial Analysts.
He is also a CFA charterholder.
