Senior Executive Service and the Director of the Analysis and Evaluation Division in the Office of Water Regulations and Standards of the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency.
Dr. Notzon received his MS and PhD from Stanford University, as well as his SB from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
