David Bearman

David Bearman served as a Director of AtheroGenics, Inc. from November 2002 to September 9, 2008.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Home Depot Supply from March 2006 to 2007, having served in a similar capacity with Hughes Supply Company, Inc. from March 2003 to March 2006.
From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Bearman served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NCR Corporation and as a Member of the NCR Executive Committee.
From 1989 to 1998, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc.
