Dan is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Shoreline and is primarily responsible for fund administration as well as operations, compliance and LP Reporting.
Prior to Joining Shoreline, he was most recently a Controller of Private Debt at Audax Group, a Boston-based private equity firm with both debt and equity strategies.
Before joining Audax Group, Dan held various finance and accounting positions at AEW Capital Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S in Business Administration from Bryant University and an M.B.A from the University of Rhode Island.
Dan and his family are originally from the Northeast and moved to the Jacksonville area in 2022.
He enjoys the warm weather and spending time with his wife Alana, his son Bennett, and twin daughters Delia and Fay.
