Ms. Carol Highsmith is Vice President-Legal Administration at Huntington Asset Services.
Ms. Highsmith is Vice President, Legal Administration for Huntington Asset Services, Inc., and Vice President of Valued Advisers Trust.
She is responsible for drafting and updating prospectus and SAI documents and supplements, as well as contract reviews for our mutual fund clients.
She has held various leadership positions with the Fund Administration and Office of Compliance and Audit departments since she joined Huntington in 1994.
She has served as Secretary of several Huntington-related corporate entities and mutual fund families, including AmeriPrime Funds, AmeriPrime Advisors Trust, Unified Series Trust, CCMI Funds and Unified Funds, among others.
Ms. Highsmith earned a degree in management science from the University of Indianapolis and a law degree from the Indiana University School of Law.
