Carl A. Rojas

Carl A. Rojas has been Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Novamerican Steel, Inc. since July 15, 2008.
Mr. Rojas was a Director of SEC Reporting and Financial Systems for EarthLink, Inc. from June 2006 to July 2008.
Prior to joining EarthLink, Mr. Rojas was Assistant Controller of AmeriCold Logistics from November 2005 to June 2006 and Vice President of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy for Equifax Inc. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Barzel Industries, Inc. from July 15, 2008 to March 6, 2009.
Mr. Rojas received a MS in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
