Bob Mackay

Mr. Bob Mackay is Senior Vice President at Beacon Securities Ltd. He has been with Beacon Securities Ltd for more than 10 years and was named partner in 1999 and Vice President in 2002.
During that time he has obtained extensive expertise in the Private Client Wealth Management, Institutional Fixed Income and Institutional Stock areas.
Mr. Mackay has attained many industry designations; Partners Directors and Officers, Professional Financial Planner, Canadian Investment Management and Canadian Securities Course.
He has made Halifax his home since 1987 and is active in the local community.
Mr. Mackay graduated from Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing in 1991.
He is currently a member of the board of an international telecom service company that is inter-listed in London and the US and has sat on local Not for profit boards.
