Barry S. Swirsky

Mr. Barry S.
Swirsky is General Counsel at Wind River Holdings LP.
Prior to joining Wind River Holdings in July 2001, he served as General Counsel to Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., a growing NASDAQ National Market company, where he was a senior executive responsible for all legal affairs of Nobel and its subsidiaries.
His responsibilities included the handling of acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, build-to-suit leases, securities laws compliance, and litigation management.
Prior to joining Nobel, he was engaged in private business law practice, primarily with major law firms in New York City and Philadelphia.
At Dechert Price & Rhoads of Philadelphia (1984-1992), he handled complex acquisition and public and private financing transactions for major institutional and corporate clients, including Citicorp Venture Capital Ltd. Mr. Swirsky received his A.B. degree magna cum laude from Brown University in 1978 and his J.D.
degree cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1981.
He is married with two children.
He enjoys spending time with family, skiing, tennis and biking.
