Barry G. Gowdy

Prior to Stonehenge, he served as Controller of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank One Corporation.
Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation was primarily engaged in securities trading, venture capital and multi-family mortgage origination and servicing.
Prior to joining Banc One Capital Holdings, he was employed for eight years in the audit division of Ernst & Young, functioning as staff auditor, senior auditor, audit manager, and audit senior manager.
Audit clients at Ernst & Young included broker-dealers in securities, venture capital funds, higher education, healthcare and manufacturing.
Mr. Gowdy graduated Cum Laude from Muskingum College in 1986 with a BA in Accounting and Business.
Mr. Gowdy became licensed as a CPA in 1987.
