Andy Tao

Andy Tao is Senior Director-Process Research and Development of Wuxi Pharmatech (Cayman), Inc. He joined WuXi PharmaTech in 2007.
From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Tao worked for Biosite, Inc. in San Diego, California as Manager of Organic Chemistry and later as Manager of Organic and Reagent Chemistry.
From 1997 to 2003, he worked for La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company in San Diego as Research Scientist in the field of process chemistry.
Dr. Tao received a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois and BS and MS degrees in Chemistry from Nankai University.
