Gever is the founder and currently serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of ShareMax, a company founded in 2000.
He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Biosprings International, Inc. and Vice President & General Manager at Nabisco, Inc. Additionally, he served as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Twinlab Consolidated Holdings, Inc. from 2017 to 2018, and as the Chief Financial Officer at The Ultimate Juice Co., Inc. from 2001 to 2003.
From 2007 to 2012, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at Boulder Brands, Inc. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer & General Manager at Nabisco Refrigerated Foods Group from 1992 to 1999.
He also worked as a Principal at Northpoint Consulting Group LLC from 2003 to 2007.
Mr. Gever has also held positions as the Chief Financial Officer at Mavis Tire Supply LLC, Spice Chain Corp., and Mavis Tire Supply Corp., as well as the Chief Operating Officer at Vitalicious, Inc. In terms of education, Mr. Gever obtained an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University.
