Stefan Vogt zum Chief Commercial Officer ernannt

Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Schweiz, 8. Dezember 2014 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), führend im Vertrieb medizinischer Lösungen in der ferngesteuerten Herzüberwachung, gibt zwei Ände- rungen im Executive Management Team bekannt.

Der Verwaltungsrat hat Herrn Stefan Vogt zum Chief Commercial Officer ab 1. Januar 2015 ernannt. Stefan Vogt wird seine Aufgaben vom Standort Schweiz ausüben und die Verantwortung für den globa- len Vertrieb und das Marketing, einschliesslich der Entwicklung des internationalen Geschäfts und der Umsetzung der mHealth Strategie, übernehmen. Stefan Vogt wird seine derzeitige Position als globaler Vertriebsleiter ad interim fortsetzen, bis eine geeignete Nachfolge gefunden ist. Als ehemaliger Marke- tingleiter bei Straumann und COO bei Implant Direct Europe sowie auf Grund seiner breiten Erfahrung in der Telekomindustrie bei Swisscom und AT&T in Europa und USA, bringt Stefan Vogt umfassende Erfahrung in Vertriebs- und Marketingtätigkeiten in die LifeWatch Gruppe ein. Der Verwaltungsrat be- grüsst Stefan Vogt in seiner neuen Position und wünscht ihm viel Erfolg.

Nach mehr als 6 Jahren bei LifeWatch wird Yair Tal, Präsident mHealth, das Unternehmen verlassen, um einer neuen Herausforderung nachzugehen. Während seiner Zeit bei LifeWatch hat Yair Tal insbe- sondere LifeWatch Technologies in Israel sowie unsere mHealth Aktivitäten erfolgreich geführt. Wir bedauern seine Entscheidung sehr und wünschen Yair Tal für seine weitere berufliche und private Zu- kunft alles Gute.
