Warren Chen

Warren Chen worked as a Managing Director at Glass, Lewis & Co. LLC from 2004 to 2016.
Prior to that, he worked as a Principal at Arthur Andersen LLP and UBS Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Chen received an undergraduate and graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1992.
He also received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley in 1998.
