Headquartered in Brussels, DPAM was founded 1919 and manages funds and exercises mandates on behalf of institutional end-investors as well as distribution partners such as private banks, insurance companies and retail networks.

Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA (Petercam IAM) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of financial institution Petercam SA in Belgium, established in 1968 as a private partnership with partners holding 70% of the equity and the remaining 30% held jointly by the two founding families, Peterbroeck & Van Campenhout.
