Serge Desvignes has been with the Team since 1986.
He is mainly dedicated to the management of shareholdings in the remaining Part'Com portfolio.
He is also a member of the professional standards & communications committee of the European Venture Capital Association.
He is currently on the boards of directors of Teletech, Fastbooking, Smart Trade Technologies and Pyramid Ventures (advisory board).
He was previously on the boards of SBS Broadcasting, Microcell, Europa Plus, Novo Group, N-TV and Abry Participations.
Prior to joining the Team, Serge Desvignes was Director of corporate planning for Valeo, a leading European car components group.
He primarily implemented strategic and financial planning processes and carried out strategic projects linked to restructuring, development, and acquisitions.
His other experiences include working as a consultant in financial restructuring and as the Executive Vice President of Finance of a 300 employee, family-owned industrial firm, a licensee of Louis Feraud Group.
Serge Desvignes holds an MA and a JD in Business Law from the University of Paris (Sorbonne) and an MBA from IFG Business School (Paris).
