Mr. Peterson has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of CH2M Hill Companies Ltd. since 1991.
He has served as Chairman of CH2M HILL Cos.
Ltd. since May 2000 and as Chief Executive Officer since 1991.
Previously, he was a Director of CH2M HILL from May 1981 to May 1984 and from May 1986 to May 1991.
Mr. Peterson is Chairman of the Audit Committee and serves on the Finance and Operations Committee at CH2M HILL.
Currently, he serves as a Director of Kaiser-Hill Company LLC and StanCorp Financial Group and as an advisor to XPV Capital.
Mr. Peterson holds an AS degree in Engineering from Boise State University, a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and a MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
He is also a graduate of the Harvard University School of Business Advanced Management Program and has received honorary doctorate degrees from the Colorado School of Mines and Boise State University.
