Michael A. MacDonald formerly worked at Innova Exploration Ltd., as Executive Director, Erdene Resource Development Corp., as Director-Mongolia Exploration from 2012 to 2017, Province of Nova Scotia, as Executive Director-Mineral Resources Branch, Department of Natural Resoruces, as Executive Director from 1985 to 2011, International Pursuit Corp., as Exploration Manager-Mongolia & Indonesia Region from 1997 to 1998, and Morien Resources Corp., as Vice President-Technical & Government Affairs from 2012 to 2019.
Mr. MacDonald received his graduate degree in 1982 from Dalhousie University and undergraduate degree in 1977 from St. Francis Xavier University.
