Prior to joining Real Estate Capital Partners, Mr. Schulder held successive positions as Director of Acquisitions and then Director of Commercial Leasing for SK Properties, one of New Jerseys largest private development companies.
Mr. Schulder holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
He is a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of Urban Land Institute.
