Previously, she was the CFO for two public companies: Capstone Turbine Corporation, a $20 M alternate energy technology company, and PacifiCorp, a $5B electric utility.
Ms. Clark has also help financial leadership roles at Tektronix-a technology products company, Precision Castparts Corp - a manufacturer of metal products and components, The Coleman Company and Sunbeam Corporation-consumer products companies.
Additionally, she served as a CPA and a CMA in the consulting and auditing practices of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Clark has a B.S.
in Accounting from Montana State University.
